Who we are

Movement Match is run by Nithin Ravi, reachable at ncr0517@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your account: email address, name, organisation, optional role.
• Your sharing settings: whether matches see your email, and organisations you will or won't be matched with.
• Your weekly updates: the items you approved, each with its kind, topics and sharing tier. Items you mark “don't include” are never sent to us.
• Which AI app submitted an update (for example “Claude”), and when.

When you use the connector, your AI app sends us only what the tools need. We never receive your AI conversations, memory, files or email.

How we use it

To suggest introductions between participants, and to send reminders and introduction emails. Nothing else: no advertising, no selling, no profiles beyond what you entered.

Who it is shared with

• The coordinator can read everything you submit, including match-only items, to review every introduction.
• People you're matched with see your name, organisation and role, your “share” items, and only the topic tags of your “match only” items. They see your email only if you allow it.
• Anthropic processes updates through its API to find matches and draft notes (models: claude-opus-5-5, claude-opus-5-5). Email addresses are not sent. Anthropic does not train on API data by default and may keep it for a limited period for safety; see Anthropic's commercial terms.
• Cloudflare hosts the service and its database. Resend delivers our emails.

Retention

Weekly updates and matches are deleted automatically after 26 weeks. Your account stays until you delete it. Deleting your account (Settings) removes your profile, every update, and any introduction not yet sent, immediately. Introductions already emailed stay in the recipients' inboxes.

Some copies outlive deletion for a short time: Cloudflare keeps point-in-time database backups for up to 30 days, error logs (which can include an email address) are kept for a few days, and Resend keeps a record of the emails it delivered. Anthropic may keep API requests for a limited period for safety review, as its commercial terms describe.

Your choices

You can change or withdraw any update, change your settings, disconnect the connector in your AI app, or delete your account at any time. Questions or requests: ncr0517@gmail.com.
